How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and whether parts are needed. We will give you the clearest estimate we can after the machine has been assessed.
Is my data safe during a repair?
We treat customer data carefully and will explain when a backup is advisable. No storage device can be guaranteed, so important files should always be backed up where possible.
Can you upgrade an older computer?
Yes. Memory and SSD upgrades can often make a noticeable difference, and we will tell you honestly when replacement would make more sense.
